Refunds & repairs

All our items are handmade on order for each customer. We do not issue refunds unless an item is defective.

We will repair defectuous items up to 3 months of purchase. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the shipping of the item for repair. We have a repair service for our products at a competitive price once the guarantee is over.

For exchanges, please contact us within 10 days of reception. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the shipping back to our studio.

We suggest you insure your item for return through the carrier of your choice and send us the tracking number at info@cinderellagarbage.com.

For all repairs, exchanges and questions, please write us via e-mail at info@cinderellagarbage.com. We reserve the right to deny returns and exchanges of certain items. Please note that all custom gold orders are not exchangeable.

Production delays

All items are made by hand on order. It can take up to 7 - 10 business days before shipping an order. We will send you a notification when your item has been shipped.

For international customers, you can expect to receive their order between 7 - 14 business days, unless they are delayed by Customs. For domestic orders, it can take up to 3 - 5 business days.

Any taxes, duties, fees, etc. upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

Variance in the stone

Please note that the cinderelite is a synthetic matter that is the result of an industrial process. We carefully chose the darkest stones out of the lot but it can happen that some stones present some variations in color ranging from dark green to charcoal grey. We also select the most compact, dense ones but some of the stones can also present micro bubbles that won’t affect the quality of the stones. We believe that this only adds to the uniqueness of the product.
